Information you send us
The site stores no data. The contact form and the EnerGuard calculator prepare an email in your own email app: nothing is sent until you send it yourself to admin@conceptionfg.com. We then receive only what you choose to write (name, company, email, phone, message, calculator inputs).
Use and retention
This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up. It is never sold or shared for marketing. We keep it as long as needed for your request and our legal and accounting obligations.
Hosting
Like any website, the host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to secure the site.
Your rights
